4. Google Workspace Data Access and Use

We do not access, read, or store any Gmail content, calendar events, or Google Drive files. The app may request user identity or workspace metadata to personalize your coaching experience, limited to the minimal scopes required.

Any data received through Google APIs is:

  • Used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the AI Business Coach app.

  • Never transferred to third parties, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., secure cloud hosting).
